Allen Newbold began his career in the construction industry 17 years ago as a licensed heating and air contractor. He continued his professional development and attained licenses in refrigeration and electrical contracting.  In 1997, Allen qualified for an Unlimited General Contractors license. 

Charles Strickland has held his unlimited electrical and heating and air licenses for over 20 years.  Within 5 years, he added refrigeration, plumbing and general contracting licenses to his professional qualifications.
